At a time when the smartphone has become an extension of our hand, the average person is able to keep focus for about eight seconds.
The overgrowth of messages and stimuli intensifies the growing chronic feeling of uncertainty related to the lack of clear and valuable information.
The constant inner fear that grows in society and the feeling of stigmatization dynamized by imposed restrictions or isolations. They knock us out of the relaxed lifestyle we are used to. This feeling of overwhelming chaos and growing intrusive thoughts attract negative energy and vile emotions that are sometimes difficult to deal with, especially when we do not want to let ourselves experience them.
Chronic stress, manifested as physical and mental strain, causes a feeling of lack of control over our own life and the expectations we set for ourselves. We try to compensate for this uncertainty with different stimulants and often with a seemingly successful social life.
By immersing ourselves in all sorts of illusions, we delve into our inner manners, sinking deeper and deeper into the chaos that we actually create for ourselves. We are desperately looking for the stimuli that will knock us out of this overwhelming vision of reality. Unfortunately, in most cases this is an illusory hopeless act. Often, even in a desperate attempt to look for euphoric experiences that would compensate for the perceived destabilization, we increase their scale by resorting to inappropriate measures - the Forms of Chaos.
